New workout circuit

Made up a new circuit today while doing my workout! Inspired by Tone it up. I paired it with Karena's lean arm's workout and Tone it up's Total body stability workout. Hope you all enjoy!

Do this circuit 3 times
This workout works the chest, triceps and abs

20 deadlifts with shoulder raises
20 push ups on the bosu dome side down
20 tricep dips
20 chest fly's with back on bosu
20 crunches on bosu
20 v sits twists on bosu with 10 lbs medicine ball
Hold plank for 40 sec on dome side of bosu
20 Tone it up tummy tucks on bosu dome side down

This workout was killer!!! I also made up a little circuit last week too that's shorter. Here that is too:

Do this circuit 3 times 15-20 reps
This circuit works the chest, lower back, upper back and shoulders

-Push up on bosu dome side down - lift one leg up for 10 reps and then lift other leg up for another 10 reps
-Shoulder press
-Bent over row
-Lower back extension with row to shoulder rotation at top
